First Card Company is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support its sales, customer service, production and art departments in general administrative tasks. This candidate must ensure the accuracy of orders and quality control of production samples and final products; ensure the satisfaction of our clients; assist in coordinating interdepartmental projects. The candidate must have office administration skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, an ability to multitask, willingness to learn and take initiative, and must be highly organized. Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from 35,000 to 42,000 per year.Tasks include:
- - General office administration
- - Assist in Quality control
- - Coordinate manufacturing and shipping schedules
- - Client Services with some sales-oriented calls
- - Manage production samples
- - Act as a liaison between different departments
- - Manage purchases of supplies and factory equipment
- - Marketing campaign coordination
- - Manage supplier invoices
- - Manage trade show scheduling and bookings
- - Write up orders
